7. Rating System Report Card: 1-4 in the areas of: Academic, Athletic, Social

8. Continuously recruit your own players (Have your cultural demand retention)

9. Dominate the State (Keep the best talent home so our fan engagement can be second to none)

10. Recruit kids that will contribute to the university Academically, Socially, and Athletically

Recruitment is the establishment of a partnership between the program and the player. I must be comfortable that the player will give everything he has to the program and our staff will do the same both on and off the court. My recruit pitch is centered around honesty and transparency, that is being up front and truthful about what it takes to develop both a player and a person along with the hard work and commitment it requires. I will recruit Self driven Student Athletes who are committed to academics & basketball.
