Identity: Be sure we are “King of The Jungle”: Be the example, when people see a Travis Lewis Basketball Program their thoughts will be, “Wow we want to be like that!” both on and off the floor.

Leadership: Implement a leadership workshop to make the members of the basketball program "life leaders". This will be taught through classroom lecture, team activities, readings, and guest speakers.

Professional Development: For incoming freshman provide proper council on career and degree selection. Secondly, create relationships in the community to allow our senior class to attend summer internships in their respective degrees in order to create relationships that will help them advance professionally.
